I'd send the twins to Colorado for their first (MacKinnon) and O'Reilly.....
VanCity will never win with the twins at the helm |

Completely agree with your assessment of Kassian. Ever see Julien apologize for the crap Lucic pulls? They celebrate it. |

Little surprised Edler has fallen out with Nucks fans or is more of a cap thing and he would fetch a solid return? there would be half the NHL lining up for him what is he 26 ? |

It's not so much that he's fallen out of favor - He's doesn't have a NTC right now and the Canucks need help up front. The best tradable asset other than Schneider - which some fans would like to see moved for the exact same reason. |

Edler to the sens for a 1st (17th overall), and pick 2 prospects (prince/puempel/da costa/conacher/etc) (just not ceci) |

There is a fear that he would take out both Sedins' knees during a scrimmage next year. Need to get him away from any friendly competition. |

Good lord.

I'll make it short
Offence - Daniel, Henrik, Kassian, Jensen, Hansen, Gaunce, Higgins, Weise, and Kesler or Burrows ( I'd trade them if the offer was right ).
Defence - Hamhuis, Garrison, Tanev, Corrado, and Bieksa.
Goalie - Luongo. Schnieder will get us a bigger return and Lack shoul be able to hold it Down in a few years. |

The most important thing the Canucks can do is get permission to talk to Eakins, and then hire him.
It will be a huge loss for the Leafs organization if he leaves.

I wouldn't go so far as to call it moronic ..... The sedins would give Colorado an instant 1-2 punch and probably assure them a play-off spot in the first year of the new relm..... what would be the bigger splash in the Colorado market .... drafting Seth Jones, or landing the twins??
my point was more that the Nucks should not consider The Wonder Twins off limits in trade discussions |

30 somethings who couldnt get it done or an 18 year old who guaranteed a world juniors win then.. won it.

A guy that has not played an nhl game yet and you would take him over two twins that have won the art ross trophy and gold in the olympics but is just pressured to score in the playoffs with a team that really doesnt have any good depth scoring...
Ik the guy has a great potential of being an elite d-man but he hasnt played on the biggest of stages |

Yes, one game away from the winning the cup. That's the discrepancy. you sound like such a tool. |

The only reason Colorado would take Seth Jones is because he's a sexy pick being from Colorado, all things being equal he was shown up in the Memorial Cup by McKinnon and Drouin and McKinnon would be their pick. The Twins would give Colorado an extremely dangerous second line behind Landeskog and Duchene and would lift Colorado to playoff status immediately. But since Colorado has issues with attendance and no real face of the franchise is why they would never trade the first overall pick and pick Jones. |

Most team 'cores' are 4 to 6 players, tops. Your 'core' is 3/4 of the team?
